Week 1
This week has been amazing! I'll just start front he beginning.  When I got to the MTC I went straight in to meet my district and my companion.  Mine is named Sister Smith, and she is super sweet and fun! We get along really well. The other girls in my group are Sister Burila and Sister Pelesasa who is from Australia, so that's super cool. I never get tired of listening to her speak, haha !  My district is awesome as well. There are eleven total and six of us are going to Fort Collins, two are going to Barbados and two to Maryland. They are cool also. 

 From there we were pretty much in classes all day, with breaks to eat.  On that note the food is nowhere near as good as my mom's cooking! Except the chocolate milk, that's swell. 

On Saturday and Sunday we were able to watch general conference (A bi-annual conference where the prophets and apostles and other church leaders speak to us) and it was an amazing experience!  The spirit was so strong, like really incredible. Music is really how I feel the spirit the strongest so singing the hymns with all those missionaries was probably my favorite part! 

Today Sister Oscarson (General Young Women’s President) came and spoke to us and that was an awesome experience! She talked a lot about how the Lord has a mission experience already prepared for each of us.  I loved her message and really felt so grateful that I have the opportunity to have a mission experience.

Week 11 Hello! It's been a great week! It went by so fast! Crazy story… we do service at a food bank called Joshua’s and this week when we were there the BBC came and did a story on poverty in America and filmed us helping people! So we are going to be on the news in England! Hit me up when I'm famous! Haha just kidding!  Another crazy story, on Friday the Elders who live three houses down from us were waiting outside our apartment for us. Then told us they needed some advice, then proceeded to tell us they got in a fight and one of them, Elder Brunner, had a gash on the side of his head! They were wondering if they should go to the hospital… ya, we told them they should! It was crazy!   We went on exchanges this week which was so fun! I went with Sister Clark and the people we ate dinner with had a stuffed bear that the dad had shot, haha! We also saw some beautiful lights! Also she let me drive! I miss driving so much!  Also sad day, Sister Francom leaves on Thursday

10-31-17 Hey Everyone! This week has been so long but it felt so short! We have had some crazy adventures! Our landlord Debbie is absolutely crazy, so that's fun! She called and freaked out on us because someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night and it woke our upstairs neighbor, haha. In our apartment there is an outside door, and then we go downstairs to get to our actual apartment. The lady upstairs locked the outside door so we couldn't get into our apartment so we had to climb through the window, and the neighbor called and told Debbie. So Debbie freaked out again!   I'm so glad the STL’s live there and Sister Zimmerman is such a kind soul because I would not have been able to stay calm the whole time. We did see a lot of miracles this week which was awesome! The Elders before us were teaching an investigator named James who is very anti sister missionaries, and this week he let us into his home and we had a wonderful lesson! We have an investigator nam

Week 13 Hello Everyone! First of all Merry Christmas!  I hope you all had a great one!  Mine was amazing! We went to an old folks home and sang Christmas songs to them  and it was way fun.  They loved it and were so grateful.  Also I got to talk to my family!  It was so good to see and talk to them!  I miss them a lot.  Our mission president gave us permission to watch The Best Two Years, which is a movie about missionaries.  We got to do that at the Katz’s house, who are these really rich people that have a theater room! It was so cool! We also got to have zone conference  on Friday  which was super fun! We did a white elephant gift exchange and I ended up with a football sippy cup! Today we had district pday and it was so fun! We played basketball and soccer and zombies, which is a tag game with nerf guns! It was awesome! It snowed so much here this week! It was crazy! On one of the days it was so bad that we weren't allowed the drive our cars. That was a fun day, haha!
