Hello Everyone :) 

It has been a great week! We got to go on exchange's with our STL’s (sister training leaders) so that was way fun! I went with Sister Zimmerman but I just call her Zim Zim.  We taught their investigator Zar who is the sweetest man! We read the introduction to the Book of Mormon and he was so excited about it! After that we went to teach a less active member.  When she asked me where I was from I told her Springfield, which I never say because nobody knows where it is.  Then she told me she has a brother in Springfield…long story short it is Brother Dyas from my ward!!   I told them how my sister Megan is friends with their little boy CJ!  Crazy connections! 
 
We had a great week with investigators ! One referral we received is named Sheetal, and we went to go see her and she let us come in.  We taught her the Restoration (the first lesson) and she just soaked it all up like a sponge! She was so excited that we have a prophet today who leads and guides us. When we told her about General Conference she was so excited and wanted to watch it! Also James let us come back. He doesn't like sisters so he usually won't let us teach him, but we went to the game night and I played ping pong with him and he said now we are friends! 

Also a huge tender mercy yesterday! I was feeling really down, everyone had cancelled on us, I was frustrated because my companion kept eating my cereal which is a really stupid thing to be annoyed about but I was, I missed my pals, and it was just a rough day. Then we checked the mail and I got a letter from my bishop and young women's leader, and a package from my dearest Jen Jen.  As I saw that they were for me I just felt like Heavenly Father was blessings me for trying to be a good missionary and it made me feel so much better! I know Heavenly Father loves us and cares about us, and that he blesses us when we are obedient and try our best to do what's right!

Week 11 Hello! It's been a great week! It went by so fast! Crazy story… we do service at a food bank called Joshua’s and this week when we were there the BBC came and did a story on poverty in America and filmed us helping people! So we are going to be on the news in England! Hit me up when I'm famous! Haha just kidding!  Another crazy story, on Friday the Elders who live three houses down from us were waiting outside our apartment for us. Then told us they needed some advice, then proceeded to tell us they got in a fight and one of them, Elder Brunner, had a gash on the side of his head! They were wondering if they should go to the hospital… ya, we told them they should! It was crazy!   We went on exchanges this week which was so fun! I went with Sister Clark and the people we ate dinner with had a stuffed bear that the dad had shot, haha! We also saw some beautiful lights! Also she let me drive! I miss driving so much!  Also sad day, Sister Francom leaves on Thursday

10-31-17 Hey Everyone! This week has been so long but it felt so short! We have had some crazy adventures! Our landlord Debbie is absolutely crazy, so that's fun! She called and freaked out on us because someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night and it woke our upstairs neighbor, haha. In our apartment there is an outside door, and then we go downstairs to get to our actual apartment. The lady upstairs locked the outside door so we couldn't get into our apartment so we had to climb through the window, and the neighbor called and told Debbie. So Debbie freaked out again!   I'm so glad the STL’s live there and Sister Zimmerman is such a kind soul because I would not have been able to stay calm the whole time. We did see a lot of miracles this week which was awesome! The Elders before us were teaching an investigator named James who is very anti sister missionaries, and this week he let us into his home and we had a wonderful lesson! We have an investigator nam

Week 13 Hello Everyone! First of all Merry Christmas!  I hope you all had a great one!  Mine was amazing! We went to an old folks home and sang Christmas songs to them  and it was way fun.  They loved it and were so grateful.  Also I got to talk to my family!  It was so good to see and talk to them!  I miss them a lot.  Our mission president gave us permission to watch The Best Two Years, which is a movie about missionaries.  We got to do that at the Katz’s house, who are these really rich people that have a theater room! It was so cool! We also got to have zone conference  on Friday  which was super fun! We did a white elephant gift exchange and I ended up with a football sippy cup! Today we had district pday and it was so fun! We played basketball and soccer and zombies, which is a tag game with nerf guns! It was awesome! It snowed so much here this week! It was crazy! On one of the days it was so bad that we weren't allowed the drive our cars. That was a fun day, haha!
